As part of its social activities, the Zagreb Red Cross City Society collects and distributes clothing and footwear to citizens in need.

How to donate clothes and shoes

Donated clothing must be defective, washed and neatly folded for use by children and adults in need.

How to Become a Customer at the Acceptance and Distribution Center for Clothing and Footwear

Social welfare beneficiaries in need of clothing and footwear must contact the competent Social Welfare Center and obtain documentation:

exercise of rights (with specified number of members in the household)
a referral for clothing
bring a copy of your ID

Due to the improvement of the work of the Center for the Reception and Division of Clothing and Footwear, from March 12, 2018, customers will receive an appointment with each date, with the exact date and time of the next arrival.

Social welfare beneficiaries in need of clothing and footwear must contact the relevant Social Welfare Center and obtain documentation:

– decision on the exercise of rights (with the indicated number of members in the household)

– a clothes reference

– bring a copy of your ID
